We don’t repair cell phones, and we only fix tablets with keyboards that run Microsoft Windows.

The majority of our basic services are under £50 inc. If the price is going to be higher, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

We can fix most problems in your home, but if the repair will take more than an hour or if spare components are needed, we will need to send your computer to a service center. We provide a collect and return service and strive to return your computer to you within 24/48 hours, although this may take longer if we need to order spare parts. If we take your computer away for repair, you might be eligible for a laptop loan.
